The Tiberius Arms T9.1 comes with a 1×30 red dot sight, which easily mounts on top of the rail. The sight allows you to track, aim and light up the target for accuracy. It also packs an adjustable stock that fits different arm lengths. This gives you the advantage of maneuverability when you are on the field.

It should be noted that the Tiberius Arms T9.1 is a bit pricey compared to other paintball guns on the market.

In the next sections of our Tiberius Arms T9.1 review, you will be looking at the specific of shooting and maintaining the Tiberius Arms T9.

How It Feels

For stability, the marker is offered with Ergo fore grip. This also gives the Tiberius T9.1 a comfortable feel. A muzzle flash tip gives it a great look. The weight of the unit will feel okay at first, but after using for about 30 minutes, the Tiberius T9.1 feels bulky. Nonetheless, it’s awesomely swift and comfortable during use.

During a shooting excursion, the Tiberius T9.1 feels compact and lightweight. It should be noted that the Tibeius T9.1 is in most respects almost indistinguishable from a real gun. This is of course one of the major advantages to this paintball marker. However, beginners should take that into account, especially if they’ve never fired a gun before. It does take some getting used to, and recoil may surprise you if this is your first experience shooting.

The Shot

A high number of features for this gun aim towards enhancing accuracy. These include the iron sights and the red dot sight. At 280 fps, the Tiberius Arms T9.1 offers a great range. The internal mag holds up to 8 standard paintballs and 12 gram CO2. Thus, you can shoot for a significant amount of time before you need a change of mag. A 12-gram CO2 can power up to 3 magazines full of paintballs. The CO2 is designed to seal automatically immediately after the ball releases.

The Tiberius T9.1 offers real gun action where the mag feeds right into the handle. The velocity of the gun is fully adjustable, giving you control based on the distance you are shooting.

Power

Offered as a long-range paintball gun and with adjustable velocity, this gun packs enough power, allowing you to shoot for long or short distances. It is made better by Picatinny rails that are a signature in all Tiberius Arms T9 guns. This is a great rail as it allows attachments and gadgets to fit on the rail. This means that, you can use scopes, red dots, lasers, bipods, lights, foregrips and others. When you have tracked and pointed on your target right, you will get a powerful shot. By holding the gun, you can feel the worth of your money.

Even with the great power, the gun features relatively reduced recoil, allowing you to use it as a beginner. However, you should still take some precautions before firing it. Ensure you have tested it and gotten used to the feel and power of the shot, before taking it out on the range for a proper paintball game.

Maintenance

The Tiberius Arms T9.1, even with frequent use, require monthly maintenance. This is beside wiping the barrel and other parts. When performing any maintenance routine, ensure that the magazine and point marker are removed in the safe direction until the unit is degassed.

Each month, place three drops of oil between trigger rotator and trigger release to reduce friction. Place a few drops of the velocity adjustor hole and two drops in each of the airflow openings. On the CO2 O-ring at the top of the CO2 valve, place two drops of oil. With frequent oiling, the gun stays functional and lasts long.

While the mags for T8.1 and T9.1 will work with T9 and T8 without any need for modification, the mags for T9 and T8 will not work on the T9.1.

Upgrades and Accessories

When you first purchase the Tiberius T9.1, you are offered one mag, paintball tube, and mag clip and 12 gram CO2 to get you started. Mosts users are quite satisfied with the Tiberius T9.1 as is. As such, there aren’t a lot of Tiberius T9.1 upgrades.

To make better use of your gun, you can buy other accessories to upgrade. This includes scopes for better tracking and targeting, red dots, lasers and bipods for better tracking. While these accessories will help you gain better shots, the overall design of this gun does not allow you to increase its power.

Verdict

The Tiberius Arms T9.1 is a versatile paintball gun for beginners and experienced shooters. While it will take a few days or training for beginners, ultimately, the gun performs great. It is a semi-auto gun only, which cannot be switched into auto-mode. It offers great accuracy and a great range and a significant amount of power.

The unit features a sturdy construction for durability and stability. It is made in America, guaranteeing quality. While the price is relatively steep, the performance and the overall quality of the gun is great. It is recommended for all users.

However, our Tiberius Arms T9.1 review is not all positive. The downside to the Tiberius Arms T9.1is the compatibility issues with other mags and the steep price.

The Tiberius Arms T9 paintball guns are way too pricey and aren’t all that. I would recommend the Kingmann Training Eraser Pistol instead. That one is not particularly cheap either but it seems to be more durable and does not have compatibility issues like the Tiberius one does. Beginners can use this too.

I think the Tiberius Arms T9.1 paintball guns are just okay. They are nothing spectacular and definitely are nothing out of the ordinary. I am talking about if you rate it from 1 to 10, it is a 6. Maybe 7 on a day when I am feeling more generous.

The Tiberius Arms T9.1 paintball gun is not one that I have tried as of yet. But based on reading what is said about it, I think I will give it a try. It sounds like it is pretty good overall.

I think the Tiberius Arms T9.1 is a pain because of all of the maintenance it needs. I don’t believe that every paintball gun around needs to be maintained so much like this one does. Otherwise, it would be good but that to me is a put-off.
